Olallieberry Jam


1. measure fruit into a large saucepan. Combine 1/4 cup if the sugar with the pectin and add to the fruit with 1/2 tsp butter.

2. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add remaining sugar and bring back to a full rolling boil.

3. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

4. Ladle jam into prepared jars leaving a 1/4" headspace. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
