1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. 2. Add garlic, onion and peppers; cook and stir until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. 3. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 4 minutes. 4. Add tomatoes (I smoosh these with a potato masher), oregano, salt and pepper. 5.
