Old English A Hot Mulled Cider


1. Mix the cider, juices, lemons, and oranges in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.

2. Tie ginger and spices in a cheesecloth bag; add to saucepan.

3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

4. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minute

5. Remove spice bag.

6. Stir in brandy.

7. Serve warm in chafing dish or heat-proof punch bowl.

8. Serves 36 (1/2 cup each).
