1. Layer Meat in the bottom of a crock pot. 2. Cover meat with 1/4 C cornstarch. 3. Add Veggies (except the peas). 4. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over meat and veggies. 5. Cook for 6 hours on low. 6. Add peas and cook for another 1/2 hour. 7. If needed ( and almost always is) add 1 tablespoons Beef soup base. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
