1. Brown beef in skillet, drain fat. 2. Add pkg of chili seasoning mix, Tomato Soup, then half cup (or half can of water). 3. While slowly bringing to a boil, cut flour tortilla shells in one inch squares. A pizza cutter comes in handy to cut 2 at a time! 4. Throw in shells. Add the can of tomatoes with green chilies, can of corn, beans (rinsed and drained) and 1/2 cup of cheese. 5. Cover, bring down to low simmer. Stirring until well blended and tortillas have softened. Add remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar. 6. Serve hot with a heaping spoon of sour cream (if desired). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
