1. Make crust of butter& crackers in a 9 inch pie plate. 2. Fry bacon till crisp; drain and crumble. 3. Fry onion in small amount of bacon fat. 4. Combine Swiss cheese, sour cream, eggs and pepper in bowl. 5. Add bacon and onions& pour into shell. 6. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. 7. Sprinkle the sharp cheddar cheese on top. 8.
