Orange Chicken Marrakesh


1. Preheat oven to 375. Trim chicken and place pieces in a baking dish.

2. Tuck orange slices around chicken.

3. Combine flour, coriander, cinnamon, salt and cayenne. Sprinkle over chicken pieces.

4. Pour orange juice and chicken broth into dish.

5. Bake, basting chicken pieces occasionally, until chicken is tender and done, about 45 minutes.

6. Serve with pan juices.
