Orange Drop Biscuits


1. Preheat oven to 400F and lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray (Pam).

2. Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl.

3. Cut in the margarine with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal.

4. Combine cottage cheese, egg substitute, orange marmalade, and orange rind; add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

5. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

6. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden.
