Orange Ginger Pork And Veggies


1. In a large frypan, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium high heat, saute onion, carrots, green and red peppers and celery for about 5 minutes or until tender crisp.

2. Remove from pan.

3. Add remaining oil to frypan.

4. Brown pork with garlic, ginger root and red pepper flakes until pork is no longer pink.

5. Return veggies to frypan; add bok choy.

6. Add orange juice; heat through, 2 to 3 minutes.

7. Season with salt to taste.
