Orange Jelly - Jackie French


1. Strain orange juice to remove all flesh & pith as these will make end result bitter.

2. Sprinkle the sugar with a few drops of apple juice and boil for 5 minutes.

3. Add other ingredients and boil until a little sets in cold water or the mixture coats a spoon.

4. Strain again for a clear jelly although this isn't necessary.

5. eat like a jam, on bread, toast etc.
