1. Squeeze juice from fruit and keep. 2. Slice fruit thinly. 3. Quickly wash sliced peel in cold water and rinse. 4. Add water and juice. 5. Keep for 3 hours in a cool place. 6. Cook in a heavy saucepan for 30 minutes medium heat. 7. Add sugar and cook and stir another 20-30 minutes on high heat. 8.
