1. Cream butter until smooth and gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in eggs and orange rind and juice. 3. Sift dry ingredients and blend into mixture. 4. Fold in sultanas and walnuts. 5. Sread into greased tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C. 6. Cool slightly after removing from oven, cut into fingers or squares. 7. Cool. 8.
