1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, preferably with your hands. 2. You could cook immediately, but if possible leave to marinate overnight for a more developed flavour. 3. Before cooking, preheat oven to 220°C. 4. Place chicken peices on an oven tray. 5. Place tray in oven, reducing temperature to 180°C. 6. Brush the chicken occasionally using the remaining marinade, throughout the cooking period. The chicken will be cooked after around 40-50 minutes. 7.
