Original Greek Coney Sauce


1. PREPARATION:

2. To get the right consistency, cover the meat with water and soak, in the fridge, for 2 hours.

3. Then take a fork and break up any remaining chunks.

4. Drain the water and go on to browning.

5. You will have some water while browning but it will slowly steam off.

6. Brown beef, onion and shortening.

7. Add remaining ingredients.

8. Simmer for 2 hours.

9. You may have to add some water.
