1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Whip the eggs until fluffy. 3. Stir in sugar, flour, and cottage cheese. 4. Fold in the almonds and amaretto. 5. Butter or spray a 9" x 13" casserole. 6. Pour into pan.
