1. Preheat oven to 325°. 2. Cut meat into 6 serving-size pieces'. 3. Combine the flour & seasonings. 4. Pound 2 T. of the flour mixture into the meat. 5. Heat the shortening in an 10 in., oven-proof skillet. 6. Brown the meat on both sides. 7. Drain the excess fat from the skillet. 8. Add the stewed tomatoes & the other vegetables. 9. Sprinkle the worcestershire sauce on top. 10. Cover & bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes. 11. Remove the meat from skillet & keep warm. 12. Skim excess fat from skillet. 13. Combine ¼ cup water with the remaing flour mixture & stir into the sauce. 14. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for 2 miuntes or until thickened. 15.
