1. Wipe mushrooms& remove stems. 2. In a baking tray, place water, onion, herbs, oil vinegar, garlic& soy sauce. 3. Place the mushrooms on top with cups facing up. 4. Sprinkle the mushroom cups with parmesan and salt& pepper. 5. Bake at 180c until done. 6.
