Palestinian Kofta


1. Soak the bread in milk until it is soft, then drain the milk.

2. Combine the bread, onions, parsley, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon powder with meat. Mix thoroughly with your hands.

3. Shape into balls.

4. Bake at 350° on an oiled pan for about 30 minutes.
