1. Mix rice flour and ½ cup water well. 2. Form into small balls and flatten with fingers to form into ovals. 3. Boil 1 ½-quart in a pot. 4. Drop in boiling water 2 at a time. 5. Skim when they float and drop in cold water. 6. Drain and roll in mixed grated coconut and sugar. 7. Serve right away. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
