Paluszki (Polish Little Fingers)


1. Preheat oven to 475°F.

2. Combine butter, potato and flour to form dough, and knead on a well-floured surface.

3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then roll out very thinly.

4. Cut into narrow strips.

5. Place on a well greased baking tray and brush with beaten egg.

6. Sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds.

7. Bake until golden (about 10 minutes).
