1. Butter both sides of each loaf. 2. Pork needs to be warm. 3. Heat some up in frying pan with a dash of vegetable oil. 4. Chop or shred or pull the pork apart. 5. Layer the shredded pork on bread and cover with a single layer of sliced onions. 6. Sprinkle with mojo sauce. 7. Slice in half diagonally and serve with nice ice cold beer, depending on the weather. 8.
