1. Mash paneer till smooth. 2. Add milk. 3. Cook on slow flame stirring constantly. 4. Cook till it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. 5. Add colour and essence. 6. Remove from fire. 7. Mix well. 8. Pour this batter onto a plate. 9. Allow to cool. 10. Lightly grease your palms. 11. Form this mixture into balls. 12.
