Paneer Pudding


1. Make a thin syrup with 2 cups water and sugar.

2. Add grated paneer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Then add vanilla essence, milk and cornflour (mixed with water).

4. Cook till it thickens.

5. Remove from heat.

6. Transfer to a bowl.

7. Garnish with chopped pistachios.

8. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

9. Serve chilled.
