1. Sift flour with sugar and salt. 2. Beat eggs until very light; add 1/2 the milk and fold in flour mixture. 3. Add remaining milk, cream and melted butter. 4. Bake large pancakes on hot griddle. 5. Place 2 tablespoons of lingonberry sauce in center of pancake and roll up like a jelly roll and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
