Pao De Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread)


1. Bring milk and oil to a boil in a small saucepan.

2. Add to the manioc.

3. Mix and allow to cool a little.

4. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time.

5. Add the cheese and blend well.

6. Divide into pieces the size of a walnut or small plum.

7. Place a little oil on the hands and round dough into balls.

8. Arrange on a baking sheet.

9. Bake at 375 degrees Farenheit until done, about 10 to 12 minutes.

10. Serve warm.
