1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs. 3. HEAVILY coat chicken on all sides with Cavender's Greek seasoning. 4. Cook covered for 1 hour stirring occasionally. 5. Drain fat and add tomato sauce. 6. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook covered an additional 1 - 1 1/2 hours. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
