1. Chop of stems of parsley . Rinse the leaves. 2. Bunch parsley up and roughly chop. 3. Add parsley to a bowl. 4. Peel and slice onion into thin slivers. 5. Add onion slivers to parsley. 6. Add seasoning, dressing and toss altogether. 7.
