Party Ginger Beef Bites


1. Trim beef and cut into 3/4 inch cubes.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic and all of the liquid ingredients. Add meat and toss to coat. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight.

3. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

4. Prepare a hot fire. Drain meat, reserving marinade, and pat dry.

5. Thread 2-3 chunks of meat per skewer. Grill over hot coals, turning once and brushing with reserved marinade.
