1. In a large pot over medium heat, mix together chicken broth, spinach, onions, carrots and celery and allow to simmer. 2. In a large bowl mix well together the ground beef, bread crumbs and egg. 3. Make 1/2" diameter meatballs and carefully drop into soup. 4. Put chunks of chicken into soup and allow the soup to simmer for 1 hour. 5. Add pasta 30 minutes before serving stirring occasionally. 6.
