Pasta Tuna Nannini


1. Add the pasta to a pot of salted boiling water and cook for 8 minutes (or as per the instructions). Drain and keep aside.

2. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan and cook the onion and garlic for around 5 minutes.

3. Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, oregano, salt and pepper, and simmer for about ten minutes, stirring until blended.

4. Add the tuna, olives and vinegar and simmer for a further 5 minutes to thicken sauce.

5. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.

6. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
