1. Over medium heat, saute crumbled sausages, onions, garlic and parsley. 2. Stir often for about 15 minutes or until sausage is cooked. 3. Add white wine and tomatoes and cook for approximately 30 minutes more. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Boil pasta until al dente. 6. Drain well and return to pot. 7. Stir in sausage mixture, cooked beans and arugula. 8. Return to heat to warm through. 9. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
