1. Add olive oil to a sauce pan, fry onions with medium heat till tender. Add the potato, cook for about 5 minutes, then add the tenerumi leaves. Stir well and add a glass of water and 1/2 tsp of salt. 2. Let simmer until the vegetables are tender. Toss with cooked pasta. Adjust the seasoning. 3. Remove from heat. 4.
