1. Sautee all vegetables and seasoning. 2. Slice plantains; fry plantain slices. 3. Mix 3 eggs with Adobo. 4. Pour into bottom of lasagna dish. 5. Place one layers of plantains in bottom, then cheese, then veggie mix, then cheese, then plantains. 6. Mix 3 eggs with Adobo. 7. Pour on top of the other layers in the lasagna dish. 8.
