1. Process the cilantro and jalapeno coarsely in a food processor (or mince both very fine). 2. Combine the cilantro/jalapeno mixture with the chopped onions and salt. 3. Right before serving, slice the avocados in half and scoop out with a spoon into serving bowl. Mash the avocados gently with fork. Stir in the cilantro/jalapeno/salt mixture and add lime juice.
