Paupiettes De Bananes Aux Jambon (Ham Wrapped Bananas)


1. Peel bananas and sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and paprika.

2. Wrap each banana in a slice of ham and place in a greased, oven-proof dish. Pour cream over all and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.

3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve cold (but not refrigerated).
