1. Measure the Morton's Tender Quick and white sugar into a small bowl mix well.

2. Place the meat into the bag or container.

3. Sprinkle the salt/sugar mix onto the meat and rub it inches

4. Now seal the bag or container.

5. Let sit for 5 days in fridge.

6. It does change color a little and there will be a little liquid in the bag but don't worry!

7. Remove the meat.

8. Roll in corn meal.

9. slice and fry.
