1. Spread peanut butter and jam on 6 separate slices of bread, and form sandwiches. 2. In mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs; add milk and salt and mix together. 3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 4. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating well. 5. Place in skillet and brown both sides. 6. Serve immediately. 7.
