1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and then add pasta to pot. Cover with a lid for faster boiling. In a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup, stir together soy sauce, peanut butter, chicken broth, sesame oil, honey and garlic. Microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes to melt peanut butter. Stir and reserve. During last 3 minutes of pasta cooking time, add the broccoli and carrot. Drain quickly, but do not rinse.
