1. Preheat ove to 300. 2. Combine coriander, brown sugar, cumin, salt, black pepper and red pepper in a small bowl. 3. Beat egg whites in a medium bowl for 1 minute or until frothy. Add spice mixture, peanuts and black sesame seeds and stir well. 4. Spread on silpat in a pan in single layer, use 2 if needed. 5. Bake for 30 minutes or until nuts are dry and roasted, stirring occasionally. 6. Cool completely. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
