1. Set aside 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans for garnish. 2. Mix remaining pecans with caramel. 3. Spread in baked pastry shell. 4. Spread cream cheese mixture over that. 5. Spread with the mousse. 6. Top with whipped cream. 7. Garnish with reserved pecans. 8.
