Penne Pasta Stir-Fry (Asian-Style)


1. Combine first four ingredients and set aside.

2. Chop the vegetables into thin pieces and prepare others.

3. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

4. Add the carrots and garlic (with bell peppers if desired), stir-fry for five minutes.

5. Add the snow peas and lower heat to medium low.

6. Add red pepper flakes.

7. Add sauce that was prepared in Step 1.

8. Add pasta and bring to a boil.

9. Cook for 2 minutes.

10. Turn off the heat.

11. Add salt and pepper to taste.
