1. Beat eggs in a mixer. Add brown sugar and beat. 2. Sift the spices with the flour. 3. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients using mixer. 4. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour. 5. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with small round cutter. 6. Let stand on an oiled cookie sheet overnight to ripen. 7. Bake 10 minutes at 325°F. 8.
