Pepper, Steak And Rice


1. Cut steak into bite-size pieces and brown in a large skillet with a little oil.

2. While browning cut bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces.

3. Just cover the now-browned meat with water and add onion and pepper.

4. Add soy sauce and one can of water chestnuts.

5. Simmer for 20 minutes.

6. Dissolve corn starch in cool water and add to the mixture to thicken.

7. Serve over rice.

8. enjoy!
