1. In large skillet, heat 3T butter, add jalapeno, onion, and garlic. 2. Saute for 3 minutes. 3. Add shrimp, cook and stir 2 minutes. 4. Add chicken broth, cumin, oregano, and salt; stir well. 5. Slowly add cream, stirring until mixed well. 6. Cook for 2 minutes on med-hi. 7.
