Persian Chicken


1. Mix milk, melted butter, mustard, honey, curry powder and salt in a large bowl.

2. Roll chicken pieces in mixture.

3. Place in roasting pan in 350° oven. Baste often.

4. Bake one hour and fifteen minutes or until golden brown.

5. After chicken is removed from oven, sprinkle with sesame seed.
