1. Heat skillet over medium-high. 2. Butter 1 side of each piece of bread. 3. Grease heated skillet with butter or cooking spray. 4. Place one piece of bread in skillet, buttered side down. 5. Carefully spread pesto on this piece of bread using a spoon. 6. Top with 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey and 2 large pepperoni slices, then slice of mozzarella cheese. 7.
