1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large skillet sauté onions, green bell pepper, and mushrooms until soft. 3. Add ground beef to the pan and brown until cooked through. 4. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Cut baguette lengthwise and add meat mixture to one side of loaf. 6. Cover with shredded provolone and top with other side of bread. 7. Line a sheet pan with foil and bake sandwich for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
