1. In saucepan, saute garlic in butter until transparent. 2. Add olive oil and flour making a paste. 3. Cook, stirring, until golden brown. 4. Add chicken broth a little at a time, and then add lemon juice. 5. Stir over medium heat until thickened. 6. Add capers with juice. 7.
