Pickled Onions

Pickled Onions


1. Place onion in a medium saucepan with enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

2. When water begins to boil, cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and drain.

3. Place onion in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and just enough water to barely cover. Let stand at room temperature 3-4 hours.

4. To use, drain well. Serve as garnish or condiment.
