1. In large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain, reserving 3 T drippings. 2. Sprinkle flour over beef and drippings; stir until blended. 3. Gradually add beef broth. 4. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. 5. Stir in the pierogies, vegetables and seasonings. 6. Cook, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until heated through. 7. Sprinkle with cheese. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
